EveryMatrix Is Now a Member of the World Lottery Association

The World Lottery Association (WLA) is one of the largest member groups in the global gaming industry. It has hundreds of members from around the world, including state-authorized lottery and sports gambling operators, lottery suppliers and much more, with participation from entities found on all continents. It has been around since 1999 and continues to grow each year, especially as iGaming begins to pick up, and EveryMatrix has decided that it is now time to join. The gaming technology company is now an Associate Member after receiving its final approval from the WLA’s leaders.

EveryMatrix Looks for New Relationships

EveryMatrix announced yesterday that it had been approved by the WLA to become an Associate Member, effective immediately. Members in this classification are those who supply goods and services to the gaming space, including physical equipment, software, auditing services and more. The gaming technology supplier is familiar with the WLA and its makeup, having already established a number of partnerships with other members. It has standing agreements with the Norwegian State Lottery, Norsk Tipping, OPAP and more, and hopes that its new status in the organization will facilitate the creation of new alliances and partnerships that will help the company expand its operations.

The company feels that the WLA market is “strategically important” to its growth. CEO Ebbe Groes adds, “We are looking forward to being an active and contributing member of WLA. EveryMatrix is committed to further developing its existing ties with the WLA world and has made significant investments in this direction over the years.”

EveryMatrix Enjoys Global Reach

There are more than 70 gaming suppliers who are WLA Associate Members, as well as, among others, over 150 state-authorized lotteries and sports gambling operators from 80 countries, according to the WLA. Among its members are Flutter Entertainment, Genius Sports, Intralot, Novomatic, Playtech and Sportradar. EveryMatrix will fit right in with the global group, having its name found around the world. Through its partnerships, it is in the UK, Russian, Latin America, the US and more, and sees the entry into the WLA as an opportunity to become more refined. Groes adds, “We adhere to the highest standards of responsible gaming and the most stringent security and operations standards (ISO270001 and ISO20000). We will now certify against the WLA’s Security and Responsible gaming standards.”

The company has recently been exploring ways to get into the growing US gaming market and has already made significant headway. It has been targeting the strong New Jersey iGaming market and is also teamed with Armadillo Studios to develop games in the US. As it continues to find ways to expand across the country, it is keeping its hands firmly in other jurisdictions, recently signing a new partnership with Mexico’s Foliatti Casino. The operator will use EveryMatrix’s technology to power its sportsbook and online casino platform as it looks to diversify from being only a land-based casino operator.
